Unrecognized Patch ID Error While Applying Patch Using BSU Tool

Trying to apply some patches for weblogic I came upon with an error I display below; 


ERROR : Encountered unrecognized patch ID: 2LYV

./bsu.sh -install -prod_dir=/beahome1032/Oracle/Middleware/wlserver_10.3 -log=/beahome1032/Oracle/Middleware/utils/bsu/log.txt    -verbose  -patchlist=VJPE,WDJ7,XLXA

Encountered unrecognized patch ID: Bug7835091_920mp3 //ERROR


finally I found out that The “Invalid Patch ID” error occurs when Smart Update doesn’t find the patches in patch-catalog.xml, we should have that file inside the patches repository folder.
